Why it is necessary

Organic traffic from the app store search page has one of the highest rates of conversion. Apps at the top of the search page receive the majority of target installs.

In order to boost the app to the Top, it needs to have a certain amount of installs on the relevant keyword, which depends on its frequency. When buying incentive traffic from the search, your app may go up or down in the search ranking, thereby receiving target organic traffic.

How it works

Selecting keywords

After analyzing the app, we compose a semantic core, which consists of a list of the most frequent and relevant keywords for the app.

Assessing app visibility.

Next, we check the current ranking of the app for the selected keywords. If the app is not found in the search results, basic ASO will be made to match the chosen keyword.

Launching a campaign.

Depending on keyword frequency, we calculate the required amount of keyword installs needed to boost the app to the Top. These kinds of campaigns usually last between 3 and 5 days.

Sustaining positions

After being boosted to the Top, the app will hold its position for about 3 to 5 days. It could maintain its position even longer, depending on the relevance of the app to the keyword. Furthermore, if we do not stop incentive traffic, the app can sustain its position for several weeks.


ASO means an analysis of the textual and graphic components of the page (the title, description, icon, and screenshot) in the store. If the app is in the Top, but optimization has not been performed correctly, then the efficiency of such a campaign will be much lower. So, before a burst campaign, all components of the app page should be properly analyzed.

Featuring ("Trends")

Featuring is a collection of apps that are displayed on the main App Store page and are selected by Apple editors. Moderators frequently include apps that are located in Top Keyword Ranking in the Featuring list. The Featuring page updates once a week, so it is better to start a burst campaign the day before an update.
